Healthy cooking #3
Hi!
Today I decided to put little twist on my healthy cooking series and prepare something savory insetead of sweet. My choice was shakshuka, a middle eastern dish made of tomatos, eggs and herbs. I am not a really big fan of tomatos but really liked them prepared this way. I am very happy this experience is giving me a possibility to try out new dishes and find new favourites, helping my body stay fit at the same time!
