Charity project #5

 Hi!

Today our charity project had its grand finale as two girls from our group, Gabrysia and Martyna, went together with our coordinator to do the shopping and give the presenst to the kids from the Lublin Orphanage. During the whole event we managed to raise 720zł! From that money, we bought umbrellas and toys for the kids online and the girls did some grocery shopping, including cereal, juices, milk etc for the whole community living in the house. I am very sad I could not be there with them yet because of the covid-19 restrictions such situation was impossible. I am however really glad we managed to raise so much money and prepare beautiful presents for the children. This project not only taught me how to work in a group and organise an event, but also showed my how I can help others and how much we can do for each other. I am sure I’ll want to do something similar in the future.
