Healthy cooking #2
Hi!
Today I took some time off after school and decided to make a healthier version of one of my favourite types of biscuits. As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, this school year I am trying to live a more healthy lifestyle but without giving up on my most liked dishes. To prepare those biscuits I used vegan butter and eggs substitutes and cut down on sugar. The taste came out different but equally good and I cound enjoy the treat and feel healthy at the same time!
